Parish Councillors are elected every 4 years. If a vacancy occurs during the four year term, this can be filled either by election (a legal obligation if 10 or more electors demand it and the term of office has a period of more than 6 months to run), or by cooption.
It should be noted that the costs of holding an Election are significant, and borne by the parish.
Parish Council elections were held in 2019.
